Pink Ribbon Warm Up, seven teams ready for the mixed offshore european championship
Sailors and teams from seven different countries will address the inaugural EUROSAF Mixed Offshore Championship, sailing from Venice to Trieste.
Venice – Sailors and teams from seven different countries will address the inaugural EUROSAF Mixed Offshore Championship, sailing from Venice to Trieste.
The races will take place from 8 to 11 October and will be played on board dell’L30, the monohull 30 feet selected for the World Sailing’s Offshore World Championship in 2020.
It will open the competition an in-port race in front of Piazza San Marco on October 8; Will follow the Offshore Race departing on October 9, seamless navigation with two nights at sea and arrive in Trieste on 11 October.
The L30 were charterizzati and made available to all teams in preparation for the championship, with many teams who attended the event Pink Ribbon Warm Up Genoa to prepare.
The seats will be assigned to extraction before the championship and made known to the teams on 6 October.
The fleet will consist of many sailors who aspire to participate in Paris in 2024 and at the World Offshore, including Hannah Diamond who gave an interview in the “Sailing Uncovered” podcast on offshore sailing in the Olympic Games.

The arrival of the regatta in Trieste Barcolana will coincide with the week, the winners will be awarded in the main square of Trieste on 12 October.
