Advanced company «Nissan Motor» a new lawsuit filed suit against its former president, Carlos Ghosn, demanding financial compensation worth ten million yen -tadl $ 91 million Omraki- compensation to the damage caused to them.
Said «Nissan» in a statement on Wednesday that it filed the lawsuit in Yokohama District Court, in order to «restore part of the financial damage to the company as a result of years of fraudulent activity and illegal former president».
She continued: legal action «part of April to hold Ghosn policy on financial losses and damage caused by the company» according to the agency «Bloomberg» US, based on the amount of compensation claimed by the company to the value of payments approved by the branch or obtained.
This includes «the use of residential real estate abroad without paying the rent and the private use of aircraft companies and payments to his sister and personal payments to his lawyer in Lebanon, as well as the costs related to the investigation of his actions, legal and regulatory» and fees.
The «Nissan» filed a lawsuit against the branch in the British Virgin Islands, 2019, demanding compensation for damage and possession of a luxury yacht, was detained Carlos Ghosn, in November 2018, on charges of financial corruption, and was in the process of the trial in Japan, before escaping « dramatic »and his appearance in Lebanon, the end of last December.
Claims «Nissan» that Carlos Ghosn did not disclose its sources of income, and took advantage of the company’s funds for personal gain, charges they deny branch.
And «Nissan» is not the only party who longed to prosecute Ghosn, Vozyr Justice of Japan, Masako Mori, recently announced that it «will not surrender never even a branch in front of the judiciary», despite the fact that the Japanese authorities have not made much effort to return from Lebanon, and the latter is not a party to the extradition treaty with Japan judicially.
For his part, it seeks Carlos Ghosn -65-year-old to sue «Nissan», claiming that he was dismissed unlawfully from his work, by the joint venture (April – Mitsubishi), and accused of plotting to putting him behind bars, and demanding access to 15 million euros financial compensation .
